RIAA sues homeless man - When will they stop?
–Update– The case was dropped for obvious reasons.
The greedy wallet mongers at the RIAA are at it again. Instead of suing a low income working mom with two kids or a college student, this time they fire their law-guns at a homeless man. At the time he was “served” his summons and complaint, he was living at a homeless shelter on April 9th, 2007. Since then it was a charade between the lawyers and the court trying to find the guy to sue him. As I said two posts ago, the RIAA and its practices are WRONG. Their fascism business strategy needs to be significantly altered or they need to be put out of business. They are attacking everyone and their grandmother that does not abide by their rules. It’s not right that they want to charge a lot more for CD’s and only pay artists 9% of the money they generate for them.
We need to rally around this homeless dude. Someone find out his name and use it to cry out against RIAA. The only way they will stop is if we forcably stop them and for that we need a real victim that they hurt. So write your senators, write the news papers raise a stink than no amount of money will ever make go away. Say his name tell them he is a person and not a thing to be tortured and we might have a chance. Make certain nobody forgets his name and forgets he is a person. We don’t have their money but we can use words and make people realize that what they are doing is wrong.
Is this the country that stood up for the under dog and believes in him even if he is in trouble or is this a nation that believes brutalizing, intimidating and bullying the poor is right? Ask yourselves and then ask your government what they believe in? Now is the time for all Americans to stand up for what they believe is right. There is no middle ground you either go with them or you come fight by my side to stop this stuff. Come on folks It’s bottom of the 9th the bases are loaded and we got a shot at this even though it looks bad you are all tired we gotta show these jokers what we are made of and win one for the dudes who fought and died so we’d grow up in a free country.
We owe our country and those who died to protect it something. We can stand these jokers down if we stand together and forget our differences. We got nothing to fear, nothing to lose and everything to prove. So the question I got to ask is do you have the courage, do you have the integrity and are you ready to rock n roll?
