Microsoft gives Yahoo an ultimatum if they don’t take offer

Engadget has an article about how Microsoft gave Yahoo an ultimatum: go quietly for the $44.6 billion offer or we will get real cozy with your shareholders to sell. Tech Crunch has a letter signed by Steve Ballmer, Microsoft’s CEO, to Yahoo’s shareholders to get the ball rolling already. It’s apparent that Microsoft really wants to close this deal and acquire Yahoo already.
